Silver Leaf Farms

Silver Leaf Farms is located in Corrales, New Mexico. Brothers Aaron and Elan Silverblatt-Buser use both innovative hydroponic farming methods as well as traditional field growing. Their indoor greenhouses keep us fed with salad mix, herbs, and even cucumbers through the winter months, while their outdoor fields produce some of our favorite large cabbages, cauliflowers, and eggplants in the summer. Silver Leaf Farm has been supplying Squash Blossom since 2018.
