Are all the farms certified organic?

We do not require organic certification from the farms we work with, though some do have it, as it can be cost prohibitive to get certified for many small farms. Instead, we make sure that all the farms we work with use organic practices, and communicate with full transparency their farming practices to us, so that we can share this assurance with you. We feel that building relationships and trust between our customers and their farmers is the most important thing, and that organic certification is a wonderful tool for grocery shopping when this direct relationship is not possible.
